Mr. James Waskito Sasongko, S.Psi, M.A. in Successor Development Programe with Binus introducing autopoiesis way of thinking in building an organization. Autopoiesis is an theory who shows that living system have the capacity to produce themselves , defence themselves , and renew themselves. In building an organization , autopoiesis is how an organizational or business can keep continue to live and create something new so that organizational or business can grows into a good entity.

 

Successors have the role in creating good environtment in autopoiesis method by forming better atmosphere starts from creating an organizational in an adaptive organizational structure model. This model can give the flexibility to employee to adapt their tasks to a given purpose but keep connected to one another in the organization.

 

Harmony in adaptive organizations can create an strong structure. Successor position changes in system can be done easily , gently and barely affect the organization’s progress because the atmosphere that created by successor in environment can be felt even it has beed abandoned. This way of thinking able to forming right successor for a strong organizational structures.
