RENEWED URGENCY, PEPARATION FOR NEXT BIG BREAKTHROUGH

Airlangga University Postgraduate School again held a discussion forum. The discussion forum this time, Airlangga University Graduate School raised a theme, namely RENEWED URGENCY, PEPARATION FOR NEXT BIG BREAKTHROUGH. Present as a resource person as well as a speaker in this discussion, Prof. Uichol Kim and Yusman Adi.

       As we know that the economic crisis certainly has several negative and positive aspects. As stated by Prof. Uichol that Einstein said in every crisis there is also a great opportunity. As in the case of changes in globalization that occur, increasing various scientific discoveries, then we must adapt to follow the flow. He said that crises are part of human life, every time someone stays and does not explore, he will not be able to fulfill his own life for the future. So if we understand the direction and flow of change and then seek exploration, then we know that crises are part of our lives.

     Some opinions about knowing future changes, according to him it is very difficult to predict the future course. But we can create the future, as Prof. Uichol quotes from the father of management that predicting the future that is, by creating is a way of modern management. So that in psychology, we have different things in dealing with reality, in the sense that we see reality that occurs in terms of emptiness.

      As humans, we all have different personalities within each of us. However, in terms of exploration and development that follows globalization, we must have forward thinking, see the future realistically. Several speakers also said that, we grow according to our knowledge so that we do not grow at one point but also grow in various fields.

      Besides that, according to Yusman Adi himself, the strategy in business development also has a strategy to develop and follow developments which is of course very necessary. Economic growth in industry 4.0 does have many opportunities. As we know, exploration certainly has many advantages, especially for the development of a company and a structural program in SOPs.
