Competent Jerk

In the work environment there are 4 types of personality, namely “the competent and loveable” (loveable star), “loveable incompetent person” (loveable stupid), “competent annoying person” (competent Jerk), and “icompetent annoying person”. ” (incompetent jerk).

Managers and coworkers will prefer the first one and avoid the last. But if you have to choose between the second and third, there is something interesting here. Managers often say that competence relies more on likes and dislikes. However, the reality on the ground is quite the opposite. People prefer to choose people who are suitable or liked by them than competent people, but are not liked or disliked by their environment.
